Fabian Neckermann, born in Ochsenfurt in Lower Franconia in 1995, began his musical training on the tuba at the age of seven.

At the age of 19, Fabian was already a member of the Junge Deutsche Philharmonie.
Philharmonie at the age of 19 and gained his first experience in a large symphony orchestra,
he also became a member of the European Gustav Mahler Youth Orchestra.
Fabian was a finalist at the 2016 German Music Competition, whereupon he received a
special prize from the Capriccio Kulturforum – Gesellschaft zur Förderung von klassischer
music and culture and was accepted as a scholarship holder in the 61st National Selection of Young
of Young Artists. In the finale, he appeared on stage as a soloist with the Beethoven Orchestra Bonn.
With his ensemble Trio 21meter60, which was founded during the
competition, he has been giving concerts all over Germany ever since.
Guest appearances have taken him to renowned orchestras such as the Philharmonisches
Hamburg Philharmonic Orchestra, the Stuttgart Philharmonic Orchestra, the German
Berlin, the Staatskapelle Berlin and the Berlin Philharmonic.

the Ludwig Güttler Brass Ensemble and the Brass Ensemble of the Lucerne Festival Orchestra.

After an internship with the Nuremberg State Philharmonic (2015 – 2017), he spent a short
followed by a short stay as an academist with the Bavarian State Orchestra in Munich until 2018.
a permanent position as tuba player in the Rundfunk-Sinfonieorchester Berlin.

Since winter semester 21/22, Fabian Neckermann has been a lecturer for tuba at the Anton Rubinstein International Music Academy in Berlin.
