LEONID GRUDIN - Masterclass for flute

24. & 25. June 2022, Berlin

Each active participant will get two lessons (each 60 min.) with Leonid Grudini.

Leonid Grudin studied flute with Prof. Jean-Michel Tanguy at the Staatliche Musikhochschule Mannheim from 1990 to 1995 and graduated as an orchestral musician. In 1998 he obtained the diploma “Artistic Training” and in 2001 the diploma “Concert Examination” with Prof. Maxence Larrieu.

Since 2002 Leonid Grudin has been principal piccolo flutist at the Deutsche Staatsoper under the direction of Daniel Barenboim.

During this time he has performed in various orchestras: Berliner Philharmoniker, Gewandhausorchester Leipzig, Deutsche Oper Berlin, Deutsches Symphonie-Orchester Berlin, Camerata Bern, Semperoper Dresden, MDR-Sinfonieorchester, SWR Symphonieorchester.

Since 2017 he has been teaching piccolo at the Hanns Eisler Academy of Music.

Since 2016, Leonid Grudin has been a lecturer for the flute at the Anton Rubinstein International Music Academy in Berlin.
